Cassation: to challenge the transaction under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, such defects are necessary that go beyond bankruptcy defects.
The Arbitration Court of Moscow District clarified the criteria for challenging the debtor's transactions in bankruptcy proceedings and delimited the grounds for their invalidity which are stipulated by a special law and general rules of civil law.

The PKI team has been cooperating with top 10 and top 20 banks for over 10 years. During year 2024, it became possible to recover more than 1.5 billion rubles in the interest of the banking sector customers under new contracts. A significant part of the earnings related to the fulfillment of counterparties` obligations in the oil refining industry. The term of overdue debt amounted to more than 3 years.
